We want you to be happy with your Gavarnie purchase. If there any issues with your purchase, please see the below information regarding exchanges and refunds.


No Monogram Products

We accept returns for a full refund 30 days from the date you received your purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your item meets these specified parameters, and you wish to make a return, just get in touch and we'll create a return label for you.

Once we get your package, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. If you haven’t received a refund 7 business days from the date we contacted you, please contact us.

If it is not due to the quality of the goods, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If returning the item from outside the EU, please make sure that you do not declare a commercial value of over £15 or you may be liable for customs and duties charges. Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products will vary.

Monogrammed Products

For personalized products, we will prepare a suggestion of placement/size and send it to you for approval before making.We will continue after we have your approval.
Therefore, personalized products do not accept returns if there are no quality issues.

If the product has quality problems, please follow the return rules associated with "No Monogram Product".

Guarantee

We offer a 365-day guarantee on items against defects and will replace any defective item with the same item for no cost.
